Forrest Yoga is an innovative system founded by Ana Forrest, based on an ancient practice and adapted to the bodily needs of modern men and women. It is based on 4 pillars: breathing, strength, integrity and spirit. The four pillars are revisited in every class through themes, intention, ceremony and yoga practice
Forrest Yoga is simultaneously intense, dynamic and playful. The series are built with yoga sequences ("vignettes") which are vigorous, modern, intelligent and adaptable to all levels.
The practice of Forrest Yoga does not require strength or flexibility; it only requires a willingness to learn how to feel authentically and respond honestly.
FORREST YOGA PRACTICE
This practice will be a delicious 2 hours. It is focused on breathing and creating awareness around what shifts in the body during a yoga practice. A great way to work with parts of the body that need your attention and allowing you to develop a deeper practice. It is a holistic approach with hands-on assists, encouraging you to go deep and enjoy your practice to the fullest. The class is taught in English.
