Weekend Retreat: Food, Yoga & Surf

Join Rose and Valerie for an energising weekend of surf and yoga on the Irish west coast.

Dive into yoga and advance your practice between surf sessions in the Atlantic. The yoga sequences are devised to build strength and balance for surfing, while simultaneously giving you the space to restore your energy and helping you disconnect from your busy everyday.

Never tried surfing? The excellent and fun instructors at TurfnSurf provide surf lessons for any level – if you’ve never tried it before, now is the perfect time to step outside your comfort zone and get onto a surfboard.

Food is always a priority – especially during a physically challenging weekend! We’ve got you covered with delicious, nourishing breakfasts and lunches*.


Yoga sessions will be held at the house in the mornings and evenings. There is plenty of time on Saturday afternoon to relax with a book, take a walk along the coast and connect with others on the retreat. Surf lessons take place on Saturday and Sunday morning.

€350** per person for the full weekend includes:

  • 2 nights accommodation at the retreat house (shared rooms***)

  • 2 morning yoga classes (60min), one evening Forrest Yoga class (90min) and one bedtime pranayama/yoga nidra session

  • 2 surf lessons, including all equipment

  • Breakfast, lunch and snacks on Saturday and Sunday. Dinner on Saturday evening

  • Bus transport to and from Dublin (leaving 6:30pm on Friday, arrive in Dublin 7pm on Sunday)

Early bird price of €310 per person for bookings until 22nd of April 2019.
